  • What is the check-in/check-out time?
    Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM, both in accordance with local time. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and with prior arrangement.
  • Is Riad Pompon child-friendly?
    We welcome guests aged 12 and above. However, if the Riad is privatized for your group, this age restriction does not apply. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
  • What's the deposit and payment method for reservations?
    To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash, in either euros or dirham, at the end of your stay.
  • Is Wi-Fi available in the Riad?
    Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all common areas and guest rooms, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.
  • Is smoking allowed in the Riad?
    Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop.
  • What is your cancellation policy ?
    Our cancellation policy varies depending on whether you have booked a room or privatized the entire Riad. Here are the details: Cancellation Policy for Room Bookings: If you cancel 15 days or more before the date of arrival, you can do so free of charge. If you cancel 14 days or less before the date of arrival, you will be responsible for 100% of the stay cost. Cancellation Policy for Privatizations: If you cancel 61 days or more before the arrival date, you can cancel without any charges. If you cancel between 60 to 31 days before the arrival date, you will be responsible for 50% of the stay cost. If you cancel 30 days or less before the arrival date, the full booking amount will be charged. No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. Please be sure to review our cancellation policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions or need to make any changes to your reservation.
  • Is breakfast included in the room rate?
    Yes, a delicious breakfast is included in your room rate. We offer a wide variety of options, including Moroccan specialties and international choices. Enjoy fresh bread, pastries, fruit, and tea on our rooftop.
  • Can I book tours and excursions through the Riad?
    Yes, we can help you arrange various tours and excursions, including trips to the desert, visits to historical sites, and guided city tours. Just let us know your interests, and we'll assist you in planning your adventure.
  • Do you have a spa or wellness facilities?
    We offer spa services, including massages and traditional hammam experiences. Please contact us or inquire at the front desk for more information and to book treatments.
  • What languages are spoken by your staff?
    Our staff is multilingual and can assist you in English, French, Arabic, and other languages.
  • Do you provide vegetarian or vegan meal options?
    Absolutely! Our restaurant can cater to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian and vegan. Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions.
  • Is there parking available at the Riad?
    We do not have on-site parking, but there are usually nearby options. We can provide guidance on parking facilities close to the Riad.
  • How do I get to the Riad from the airport ?
    We can arrange airport transfers for you at an additional cost. Please contact our staff in advance to book transportation.
